Clinical assessment
The treating nurse examines the patient and records the assessment, photographs and proposed treatment plan.
Review and script
A registered prescriber reads the record and issues or declines the prescription. A plan is a request, not an order.

The clinic orders against the approved script and stock is dispatched to the treating site.

Access is arranged with our team. Registered cosmetic nurses and clinics, the prescribers who support them, and the patients being treated. Each account is set up for the person's role, so you only see the information relevant to your part of a patient's care.
Same account, same records. The app covers the things you do away from a desk — submitting a plan, reviewing one, uploading assessment photos, reordering against an approved script.
As soon as the nurse submits the assessment. The case is assigned to an available prescriber and they are notified; most plans are reviewed the same day.
Orders are placed through the portal against an approved script. Each order is reconciled with the treatment plan before stock is dispatched to the treating site.
The prescriber can decline it or return it with questions. Nothing is supplied until a plan is approved, and the decision is recorded on the patient file.
On Australian servers, retained for seven years, accessible only to the practitioners involved in that patient's care.
