A clear pathway from consultation to script.

How it works
Step 01

Patient consultation

The patient completes their medical history, medications, allergies and treatment goals online before the appointment.

Step 02

Clinical assessment

The treating nurse reviews the history, examines the patient and records the assessment, photographs and proposed treatment plan.

Step 03

Doctor review and script

A registered prescriber reviews the complete record, raises any questions with the nurse, and issues or declines the prescription.

Everything the pathway needs, in one platform.

Platform

Treatment planning

Assessment, photographs, product and dosing recorded against the patient, ready for the prescriber.

Clinical records

Consent, notes and treatment history in one patient file, accessible only to the people involved in that patient's care.

Prescriber review

Doctors work through submitted treatment plans and respond — approved, declined, or returned with questions.

Product supply

Request what you need through the platform. Orders are checked against the approved treatment and dispatched by our team.

Compliance

Documented at every step.

Consultation, assessment and prescribing are separate steps carried out by the people qualified to do them, each recorded against the patient with the time and the practitioner attached.

01

Prescriber registration verified before any patient record is assigned

02

Records held on Australian servers, retained for seven years

03

Full audit trail: who submitted what, when, and what changed

The prescribers behind every treatment plan.

Network

Australian-registered

Every prescriber holds current AHPRA registration, verified before they join and checked on renewal.

Independent judgement

Doctors decide on each treatment plan on its clinical merits. A submitted plan is a request, not an order.

Named on the record

The reviewing doctor, their decision and the time it was made are recorded against the patient file.

FAQ

Common questions

Something not covered here? Ask through the enquiry form below — the team answers on weekdays within one business hour.

Who can use NoirX? +

Registered cosmetic nurses and clinics, the prescribers who support them, and the patients being treated. Each account is set up for the person's role, so you only see the information relevant to your part of a patient's care.

When does the prescriber see the treatment plan? +

As soon as the treating nurse submits it. You'll be notified when the doctor responds, and if they need more information the plan comes back to you with their questions.

How do product orders work? +

There is no online checkout. You submit a request through the platform, we confirm it against the approved treatment and your clinic's details, then arrange supply and delivery to your address.

What happens if a plan isn't approved? +

The prescriber records their reason and the plan is returned to the treating nurse. Doctors can also request further information rather than declining.

Where is patient information stored? +

On Australian servers, under Australian privacy law, retained for the period required of health records and available for export.
